Job duties:

• Customer service via phone, email and chat

• Sales and follow-up of memberships and services

• Guidance and support in the use of our systems and products

• Contribute to good customer experiences and effective problem solving

• Collaboration across teams to ensure the best possible service

Qualifications and characteristics:

• Good communication skills and enjoy customer contact

• Service-minded, solution-oriented and structured

• Experience in customer service, sales or similar work is an advantage

• Comfortable with the phone as a work tool – no phone fear

• Thrives with a fast-paced work environment and varied tasks

• Technical interest and/or expertise

• Good skills in using PC and digital tools

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
